KPM Fuel Injector Service (Recommended)

Price: $29.50 per injector

This is our most common service, we flow the injectors exactly as they come and give you information on the injector(s) original performance. The injector(s) are then cleaned through our ultrasonic bath and a full overhaul of all its seals and filters is completed. We then re-test the injector afterwards so you can see the improvements. All this information is provided with the injector(s) in a simple easy-to-read data sheet.

Static Flow Rate Test (Before and After)
Dynamic Flow Rate Test (Before and After)
Injector Leak Down Test
Injector Ultrasonic Clean
Replace all Seals and Filters where possible.

*Please note, we are not able to test and clean ported, side feed or diesel fuel injectors.

Basic Injector Flow Rate Test

Price: $20 per injector

Time: Same day service may be available (please call for availability)

Type: Top Feed Injectors Only

A simple test to check the flow of your injectors. If the results are not as you expect we can upgrade this test to our KPM fuel Injector Service for just an additional $10 per injector.

Fuel Injector Characterisation

Price: Depending on requirements, price available upon request at enquires@kpmmotorsport.com.au

Our KPM Fuel Systems Test Facility has been designed to meet SAE standards, this enables us to characterise most injectors as per SAE J1832. The accuracy and results of our testing has been proven over many year’s performing Injector Characterisations not only for all our injectors but for many other customers Australia wide including Bosch Motorsport Australia.

We are able to provide you with the specific calibration data for any injector to use in your engine calibration. At KPM we regularly perform injector calibrations on Ford, Holden (GM) and Subaru Applications. Our characterisations include any combination of the following tests. Contact us for more information.

Static Flow Rate Test for any specified pressures
Dynamic Flow Rate Test for any specified pressures
Voltage Offset Test for any specified voltage ranges
Linear Interpolation Data between specified ranges
Calibration Specific Data for vehicle and tuning programs
